Bookings & Cancellations Policy

The quality of your guest experience is our top priority. Your health and wellbeing are at the heart of what we do. 

Our aim is to provide a memorable, enjoyable guest stay. We want you to enjoy your time at Le Beach Burleigh Heads Holiday Apartments, come back and visit, and recommend us to your friends and colleagues.

Please read this Policy and Booking Terms & Conditions carefully.

We understand that if you have made a booking with Le Beach Burleigh Heads Holiday Apartments, you have read and agree to these Booking Terms & Conditions. References to “us”, “we” and/or “our” in this Booking Terms & Conditions shall mean Le Beach Burleigh Heads Holiday Apartments.

These Booking Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings that you make with us by phone, via email, in-person, through any website or online booking portal.

We assume that the person making the booking is authorised to act on behalf of any other traveller on the booking, and that person will bind all such travellers to these Terms and Conditions.

Payment Policy

All rates are in AUD, inclusive of GST.

Card transactions may incur a surcharge; Visa and MasterCard are accepted.

Full payment for your booking will be required according to seasonal timing:

Low Season: Payment as agreed with the booking team.

Mid Season / School Holidays: Payment as agreed with the booking team.

Peak Season: Full payment 30 days prior to arrival.

We reserve the right to charge your credit card for incidental costs or damage.

The refund of accommodation charges will be made via the original payment method to you as fast as practicable (depending upon the speed of bank processing of funds), upon Le Beach Burleigh Heads Holiday Apartments’ receipt of your written notification of booking cancellation or amendments of dates.

Le Beach Burleigh Heads Holiday Apartments Changes and Cancellations

Standard Cancellation Policy

Low Season:

  • More than 7 days notice
  • 7 days or less notice: Full accommodation cost payable.

Mid Season / School Holidays:

  • More than 14 days notification.
  • 14 days or less notification. Full accommodation cost is payable.
    (Dates include 25th March 2026- 11April 2026, 25 June 2026 – 18 July 2026, 17th September 2026– 11 October)

Peak Season:

  • More than 30 days notification.
  • 30 days or less notification. Full accommodation cost is payable.
    Full payment for your booking will be processed 30 days prior to your arrival.
    (Dates include 4th April 2026 – 7th April 2026 & 20th December 2026 -26 January 2027)

 

No Shows: Full tariff is charged.

Early Departure: No refund for unused nights if you check out early.

Modifications: Changes to dates or apartment types are subject to availability and may affect the rate.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that you take out appropriate travel insurance to cover your travel arrangements. The insurance protection should include cover for cancellation fees, lost deposits, medical and repatriation expenses, personal injury and accident, luggage and personal effects, personal liability, travel delay, and alternative transport expenses.

Covid-19 Policy

Le Beach Burleigh Heads Holiday Apartments has a Covid Plan that is up-to-date and enforced.

For Bookings Made Directly with Le Beach Burleigh Holiday Apartments

  1. New booking dates:
    1. you can change your booking to a future date that is within 12 months from the original date of arrival with no penalty (i.e. if you were due to check in on 1st September 2023, you must reschedule your booking to a date before 31st August 2024).
  2. Uncertain travel dates:
    1. if you do not have a future date in mind, we will hold the amount paid as a credit to be used within 12 months. 
  3. Credits:
    1. We will hold your paid accommodation fee in the form of a monetary credit value. This means that you have this credit amount to be used inside the valid date range, subject to room availability. There could be room rate variances, depending upon seasonality. The monetary credit value is to be used within 12 months from the original check-in date. It cannot be extended, transferred, or refunded. 
  4. Rebooking:
    1. Please note that we cannot guarantee that we will provide the same room as your original booking. Whilst we do our best to accommodate your request, room allocation and room charges are dependent on existing bookings and seasonality. Should you wish to move your booking to a peak-period, or another booking date, there could be an additional charge made to cover the rate variance. 

Non-refundable Rates

All non-refundable rates indicated in these Booking Terms & Conditions are non-refundable and non-transferable. 

Other Fees and Charges

You will be charged for any damages to your room, the contents of the room, or the general property. These include:

– There is a $50 fee for stains on linen, covers, cushions and carpet.

– If there is excessive mess in the room and/or hot tubs, there will be an additional $60 cleaning fee applied.

All of Our Rooms Are Non-smoking

If there is any evidence of smoking in the room/on the balcony, you will be charged an additional $80 for a specialized clean to eliminate odors.

Late Check-ins

Late check-ins – Please notify reception 24hrs in advance.

No Party Policy

At Le Beach Burleigh Holiday Apartments, we have a strict no party policy to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for all guests. We kindly request that you respect this policy during your stay.

  1. Quiet Hours: 
    1. We ask that all guests observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. During this time, please keep noise levels to a minimum to avoid disturbing other guests.
  1. Visitor Policy: 
    1. For the comfort and security of all guests, we do not allow visitors or additional guests in the apartments beyond the maximum occupancy stated in your booking confirmation. Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.
  1. Gatherings and Events: 
    1. Parties, gatherings, and events are strictly prohibited in the apartments and common areas of Le Beach Burleigh Holiday Apartments. This includes, but is not limited to, “Schoolies” parties and functions, birthday parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties, and group celebrations.
  1. Noise and Disturbance: 
    1. Please be considerate of other guests and keep noise levels to a minimum at all times. Excessive noise, loud music, or any behavior that causes a disturbance to other guests will not be tolerated.
  1. Security and Safety: 
    1. To ensure the safety and security of all guests, only registered guests are allowed access to the apartments and common areas. Non-compliance with this policy may result in immediate eviction without refund.
  1. Damages and Liability: 
    1. Guests will be held responsible for any damages caused to the apartments, common areas, or any property of Le Beach Burleigh Holiday Apartments. Any costs incurred for repairs, replacement, or additional cleaning due to damages caused by guests or their visitors will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking.
  1. Right to Evict: 
    1. Le Beach Burleigh Holiday Apartments reserves the right to evict any guest or visitor who fails to comply with the no party policy or engages in behavior that disturbs the peace and comfort of other guests. In such cases, no refund will be provided.
