Bookings & Cancellations Policy
A $300.00 AUD deposit will be required to confirm ALL bookings.
In Off Peak Season, the remaining balance will be required on or before 7 Days from date of arrival.
In Peak Season (December to January), the remaining balance will be required on or before 28 days from date of arrival
If a confirmed booking is cancelled or modified up to 7 days before the date of arrival, a fixed amount of $50.00 AUD will be charged.
If a confirmed booking is cancelled or modified within 7 days of the date of arrival, or in the case of a no-show, the full booking amount will be charged.
No refunds are available for early departure.
